What if an item is missing from my order after delivery?
If an item is missing from your order, you can mark your order as incomplete on the platform and we will ensure the item is delivered to you.
When is my payment due?
On delivery of the produce unless there is a separate agreement between you and TAWI.As we onboard you onto the platform, we will agree on payment terms and sign a contract to reflect the same.
What are the modes of payment?
You can make your payment by Mpesa till number, bank transfer, debit or credit card.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status on the dashboard by logging into your account on www.tawifresh.com, and going to Account > Orders. We will also update the order status and notify you by email.
What is the cut off time for my order?
Cut-off time for orders is currently set at 11 am.
Will I get charged for the delivery?
We will deliver your order at no extra cost to you.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order spend on TAWI is KES 2,000.

Yes, we have built in an approval matrix to take care of organisations that require orders to be approved before delivery.
