If an item is missing from your order, you can mark your order as incomplete on the platform and we will ensure the item is delivered to you.

Yes, we have built in an approval matrix to take care of organisations that require orders to be approved before delivery.
You can add multiple delivery addresses in your account.
Each order will be delivered to a particular address and cannot be split into multiple delivery addresses. Therefore; if you would like products delivered to different addresses, please place them as different orders.
