2️. What is the order cut-off time for next-day delivery?
To receive your order the next day, please ensure it’s placed before 5:00 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for delivery the following day.
3️. Do you have a minimum order amount?
To serve you better, we’ve set a minimum order value of KES 1,000. This helps us maintain efficient delivery and service quality. Don’t forget to take advantage of our exclusive discounts on larger baskets and bundled offers!
4. Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, we charge a flat delivery fee of KES 99 per order.

Payment can be done via M-pesa on checkout and on delivery.
7. Can I return or exchange items?
Please ensure you check your produce on delivery with the Delivery Executive and reject anything that is not to your satisfaction- any items with physical or mechanical damage- and we will ensure to replace it for you within 24 Hours.
8. When Will My Order Arrive?
We deliver daily between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. You’ll receive a notification once your order is out for delivery.
